Sweeet. How did you get it to look so creamy and water-color-y in Photoshop?

Well first I color it by soft brush with "Linear burn" to keep all the shading I had in the pencil drawing. Then paint over it normal, but just slightly. Then use Smudge tool. Lots and lots of smudge tool. Pretty much the whloe thing is smudged over. Smudge gives it that smooth look I think.
